Shhh! Promotions presents the Birdengine UK tour launch party, with the wonderful Diamond Family Archive and Minus A Plus M in support.

BIRDENGINE is Lawry Tilbury, a celebrated name on the Brighton music scene, currently based in France.
The music of Birdengine is beautiful, dark and unique. Sometimes described as 'twisted folk' or 'weird pop', his live performances are spell-binding and not to be missed.
“Like visiting a museum of curiosities packed with shelves of malformed foetuses and two-headed dogs pickled in jars; the songs are full of rustic-mythic weirdness, with Tilbury singing about dead mermaids, feral children, beast folk, and sewing his eyelids shut” - Andy Gill, The Independent

THE DIAMOND FAMILY ARCHIVE is Laurence Collyer, another Brighton favourite. Laurence is one half of the band King James.
An outstanding musician and songwriter, Laurence isn't afraid to experiment, defying definition as a 'folk' artist. Expect tape loops, keyboard, drone, voice and guitar, all coming together to form beautiful songs.
Laurence will also be celebrating the release of a new album.
