Trench Foot Records is a new independent reggae / ska / punk label, launching early 2011. Trench Foot Records boasts some of the best the UK has to offer in up and coming reggae, ska and punk acts. On Saturday 26th February, Trench Foot Records are teaming up with The Globe in Cardiff, to showcase three incredible acts that are already creating quite a stir, on a national scale.


CAPTAIN ACCIDENT & THE DISASTERS need very little introduction in South Wales. Since hitting the scene two years ago, Captain Accident has brought his soulful reggae vibes to audiences all over the country, performing alongside some of the biggest names in reggae and ska. Captain Accident released his debut album 'Pick Up The Microphone' in Summer '10, to critical acclaim, and has been touring the country ever since with his band, The Disasters. Captain Accident is a new Cardiff hero, and a hometown show with Captain Accident & The Disasters is always a party!

TYRANNOSAURUS ALAN are a ska-punk-hip hop band from Medway. Tyrannosaurus Alan are really generating a buzz around the UK after just returning from a whopping 3 MONTH tour of the UK and Europe. Not ones to take a break, the boys are back on the road in February and March, hitting The Globe in Cardiff to represent Trench Foot Records. Tyrannosaurus Alan is the name on everyone's lips at the moment, and are definitely ones to keep an eye out for in 2011.

TREE HOUSE FIRE is an exciting project from a small studio in Guildford. After putting around an array of demos, Tree House Fire have already shared a stage with some of the big players on the UK ska / punk circuit. Tree House Fire is the brainchild of Sam Rothon, of such bands as 'Over and Out' and 'Love and a 45'. His unique, soulful vocals combine reggae, ska and a hip hop edge, that makes Tree House Fire one of the most exciting acts to hit the UK scene since The King Blues.
