My Life as a Songwriter (or how I failed to become rich and famous)
A true legend of the British folk scene brings his songs and humour to the Palm House to open the 2011 Liverpool Working Class Life and Music Festival in association with Liverpool Acoustic. A hop, skip and a jump through five decades of songwriting. Songs ranging from the lyrical to the satirical, from the personal to the political, from the humorous to the poignant.
