THE BLACK HEART PROCESSION plus Dark Dark Dark
Formed in San Diego in 1997 after the break up of Three Mile Pilot, The Black Heart Procession have spent the last 15 years embracing the gloriously dark side of music, producing six stunning albums and attracting a legion of fans along the way. The two founder members Pall Jenkins and Tobias Nathanial have been joined by numerous collaborators over the years, including Joe Plummer of Modest Mouse and The Shins, but the core of the band has remained intact. Last year they released their collaboration with reggae legend Lee 'Scratch' Perry, the impressive mini-album Blood Bunny/Black Rabbit, and we're delighted to welcome them for a special stripped-down show featuring an exciting piano and multi-instrumental set-up in the beautiful surroundings of Notting Hill's The Tabernacle as part of their first European tour in some time.
