It was John Peel day the week we fancied putting the Nightingales on again... then it turned into this!

You know those Peel tribute CDs that have Bowie, Floyd and Hendrix on? Well this isn't going to be anything like that! Tuff Life Boogie have scoured the country to put together a line up that reflects some of the strange, groovy and eclectic music championed by Uncle John over the years, including a few of his favourite acts. Some of them had integrated into society, but we tempted them back! Unfortunately there is no jungle, reggae or thrash metal (yet - anyone who fancies it let us know, tufflifeboogie@gmail.com), but basically everything else is covered!

Between them, this line up have recorded well over 50 John Peel sessions, which we think is the most Peel session alumni ever collected in one place!
