A new project from reedsman Shabaka Hutchings, featuring the double drums of Seb Rochford and Tom Skinner with Oren Marshall on tuba. The music is a melody driven journey through dark grooves and percussive flights. ‘Shabaka is a veritable cauldron of creativity...an emerging Brit-jazz star if ever there was one’ (Jazzwise).

Leverton Fox return to the Vortex to perform new material from their soon to be released second album. Expect music ranging from detailed, beautiful electronic soundscapes and drones to intense bursts of hypnotic, beat based noise.
