Come to the Maltby Street Lock In with Catalan Cooking for a day of DeRaza Iberico Pig. We will make sobrasada, morcilla, iberico pigs trotter paella, see a butchery demo, make iberico pork burgers and taste different parts of iberico and compare them with traditional white pork meat.
If you like pork, you'd be a fool to miss it.
