Ladyfest is a community-based, not for music and arts festival which started in Olympia, Washington in 2000 and has since become a global phenomenon!
On 1st April 2012, LadyfestEASTLondon will be taking over the electricity showrooms in Shoreditch for a day of music, workshops, poetry, comedy, cakes, zines and more!
Run by volunteers, all profits from LadyfestEASTLondon will be split 50/50 between the artists performing and East London based charity NIA- which works towards ending violence against women and children.
