Following on from his much loved, sell-out solo piano show at The Lit & Phil last Christmas, we're delighted to announce the return of Euros Childs. The former Gorky's Zygotic Mynci & Jonny singer will be backed by a brand new group & with a brand spanking new album 'Summer Special' to boot. Woop

'Euros Childs is an antidote. His music injects souls with a cultural vaccine, a heavy duty silver lining round a small black cloud, somehow bringing a sense of novelty and quirkiness to folk, rock & roll and pop music. Singing in a mixture of Welsh and English, his delivery is much like a farmer leaning on a gate, talking about the whether, the sheep's health and the multi-faceted dynamics
of love and relationships.'

Having played as a backing band for the likes of Jonny, Bmx Bandits & more recently for Belle And Sebastian's Stevie Jackson, Scottish duo The Wellgreen serve up a distinctive, casiotone-laden blend of their own psyche infused power-pop, packing an impressive punch in their own right, as well as providing a backing band to the stars.
