RR- Signed to Mogwai's Rock Action...Instrumental soundscapes that vary from keys-fuelled melancholic atmospherics to dancily uplifting... Michael Nyman or Phillip Glass figure for sure withmulti-instrumentalist Graeme Ronald's combo. Traditional and abstract instrumentation (wind-up gizmos, toy sharks and the like) all fed through a huge bank of effects and loop pedals. Epic, expansive music on an almost symphonic scale.
Clorinde- an instrumental avant-folk project composed by multi instrumentalists Andrea Salvatici and Simone Salvatici. Clorinde have been producing music based on a minimalist approach towards repetition, melodies, rhythm and sounds, resulting in beautiful fragile balance between tight cyclic structures and free formimprovisation.
