The McTells formed in 1985. With a foot in the shambolic and aggressive sounds of The Fall and Swell Maps, they noisily stood out from a lot of their more soft C-86/noisepop contemporaries at the time.
This might be your only chance to see The McTells ever.
Cee Bee Beaumont were a three piece from Holloway who played great garagey moddy instrumentals at a furious pace. They made two great albums and sometimes put the dust back on their guitars to play a special gig.
The Fenestration - Microscopic lo-fi electronica. Toy instruments and broken electronic games weave a filmy mesh in which gentle vocals get temporarily ensnared, before evaporating in the sunshine.
