THIS IS A CHARITY EVENT.

This event has a limited reallocation facility. This means that if you want to reallocate your tickets, e.g. into your child's name, you must do so within within 2 hours of purchasing them.

We run the festival for charity; if we suspect you have resold your tickets, they will be cancelled.

CAMPING INCLUDED on Saturday and Sunday nights, no extra charge.

GATES OPEN 10am Saturday.
GATES CLOSE 10am Monday.
NO GLASS / NO FIRES / NO DOGS / NO SOUND SYSTEMS.
Fires: no barbecues or open fires are permitted but proper and responsible use of camping stoves is allowed (campers' own risk).

CAR PARKING is free but limited - use public transport or share cars.
Nearest train station: DIDCOT PARKWAY.
Bus service: 35A runs between Oxford, Steventon and Didcot once an hour.

FOOD and DRINK is available on site, all sold in aid of charities; there is a Co-op store in the village and four pubs.

** AGE DETAILS FOR PURCHASE OF TICKETS:
Children aged 10 and under are free but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (not a sibling); contact details will be taken at the Gate for parents during the festival. Minors of eleven (11) and over pay full price (£55).
Those between 11 and 14 inclusive must be accompanied by a responsible adult (ie someone over 18).
These restrictions result from Police concerns last year over unaccompanied minors; the other option was to have NO-ONE under 16 at the Festival.
