✭ Tender Trap ✭
http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~queenb/tt/
Tender Trap is Katrina Dixon, Rob Pursey, Emily Bennett, Amelia Fletcher, and John Stanley (aka DJ Downfall).
Between them they have played in Heavenly, Betty and the Werewolves, Policecat, Talulah Gosh, Sportique, Dweeb, Marine Research, Sally Skull, and probably some more they may have forgotten.
Tender Trap play indie pop-punk songs, with a feminist edge, fuzzy guitars, and bucketfuls of glorious girl harmonies.
New album "Ten Songs About Girls" is due out in early September on Fortuna POP!

✭ Town Bike ✭
http://www.facebook.com/townbikeband/
Town Bike are punky pop upstarts from Liverpool. Their last FM profile says it all:
Are you ready world? Pop music just got cuter, sexier and a helluva lot more bratty! Town Bike are four kids from Merseyside on a mission to reclaim the dancefloor from po-faced indie characters and miserable emo scenesters, and this is the opening salvo of their attack. Janey (Bass) and Sarah (Vocals) met on the beer-sodden floors of Liverpool’s diy punk community, and repulsed by everyone else’s apparent commitment to utter tedium, they formulated a plan to form the ultimate pop band - one that would combine the play-dumb dynamism of three chord punk, with instant hooks and a ‘fuck you’ attitude.
✭ The Choo Choo Trains ✭
http://soundcloud.com/the-choo-choo-trains
'The Choo Choo Trains are a London based trio, and are probably the best reason I will ever have to use the term “Ones to watch”.' - http://www.ffaannggrrll.co.uk/
✭ Flowers ✭
http://flowersdomusic.bandcamp.com/
Flowers’ sound is the aural-lovechild of The Primitives and Young Marble Giants; simple pop, unusually told, nice and noisy, D.I.Y. Sam plays guitar and writes music. He needed a drummer and found Jordan, who was so perfect he had to be stolen. Rachel answered the call for a singer. She co-writes with Sam and sometimes adds the odd extra instrument. The trio create a sound larger than the sum of their parts... Catchy pop songs hidden in noise.
