Do you like loud music? And when I say loud music I mean LOUD music. Good, because if you do, then this is the place to be. Hailing from Baden-Wurttemberg in the south-west of Germany, The Lost Rivers might only number three people but their existential racket has the propensity to demolish buildings, cause earthquakes, and generally render the decibel count irrelevant. And did we mention that they're also an exceptional bunch of musicians too? Last year's 'My Beatific Vision' EP kind of blew us away, setting the scene for what came next. And boy, didn't it just. In March of this year debut long player 'Sin & Lostness' was unleashed, and promptly blew every guitar record away from the planet. Playing what will be only their fifth ever show in the UK, make sure you're there. Seriously, do.

Which it isn't otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. Collider haven't been going that long, not that you'd know or realise if you actually saw one of their shows. We didn't when we first set eyes on them in September of this year at Sheffield's Harley, where they gave legendary Brooklyn noiseniks A Place To Bury Strangers a serious run for their money. Think Dinosaur Jr given a 2012 makeover, or Cloud Nothings if they'd discovered Albini from the outset.
