Top Billin' is back with an early christmas present for all you Hip-Hop junkies with a set from the legendary New York rapper 'R.A The Rugged Man', the MC that Biggie Smalls said was the illest. Rugged Man is known to do some crazy shit on and off the stage, last time we had him here he plucked a girl from the crowd and carried her on his shoulder backstage. He was banned from performing in the USA from 1995 to 1998 and banned from numerous recording studios, so expect anything when R.A grabs the mic.

There's support from the full lineup of GV Clik, Split Prohets and Big Rain with DJ Magna Kuts. Sleaze is back hosting after his stint up the queens arse, so expect him to be hungrier than you have ever seen him. We also got the Top Billin' Fam killin it, live graff and giveaways....
