Good Sex presents a month of audible sex kicking off with three of the UK's hottest emerging acts. When the bands are this good, it counts as aural pleasure so be prepared: these guys will cause you an augasm.

SLOW CLUB live
With its swooning but raucous take on doo-wop and its frazzled, fragile representation of soul inspired rock, Slow Club's music is typical of a band whose members divide their obsessions between Destiny's Child and Noise-pop. Slow Club's currency is songwriting which sees romance in the unlikeliest of corners, and Paradise applies a lighter, more honed lyrical touch to telling their story. More than anything, their music is a platform for Slow Club's mordant Englishness at its best, displaying a restraint and self-deprecating wit even in the darkest of sentiments. http://www.slowclubband.com

KLAK TIK live
Klak Tik's 9/10 NME rated and critically acclaimed debut album Must We Find A Winner was recorded when the band escaped the trappings of East London's alternative coffee shops and vintage chic for a simple purer existence in the Welsh village of Penrhos. For a month Klak Tik drew inspiration from the cold January sea, set up a make shift recording studio in a chapel, sang deep under Parys Mountain and shouted high into the chapel's rafters. The result is something to file loosely between Grizzly Bear, Sufjan Stevens & Love - if there's any space left. 'The Servants' will be released 4th March 2013 via Safety First Records.

SNORRI HELGASON
Snorri Helgason plays lo-fi soul, urban folk and pop music in the spirit of the original singer-songwriters of the early 70s - just not as cheesy. Sincere, well-crafted songs performed with the intensity and confidence they deserve make Snorri a true gem of the Icelandic music scene.
