THE OTHERS
With chart singles and an NME front cover, The Others' songs for the dispossessed have struck a chord with the messed-up and marginalised everywhere. Previous Others shows have seen fights, freak-outs, stage invasions, crowdsurfing and mass singalongs. They've done a gig on a tube, a gig in the foyer of a BBC studio and now they're finally back in Manchester promoting new album 'Inward Parts'.

Having been top of the NME Stereo, NME Breaking Bands list and with mentions in Flux magazine, its no wonder that these local indie pop heroes have etched their name into the hearts and minds of every self respecting scenester in Manchester. Sounding like a cross between The Jesus & Mary Chain and Franz Ferdinand with even more catchy pop rock hooks, Waxplanet are our top tip for the 'next big thing' in artrock indie.
