Event information
The Music Tapes is Julian Koster from cultish band Neutral Milk Hotel and Robbie Cucchiaro. Their new album 'Mary's Voice' will be released later this Spring in Europe on Merge and Secretly Canadian. The Music Tapes are amazing live, Julian plays a singing saw, a banjo and an air-organ, Robbie plays brass instruments, there's a mechanical organ tower, a giant metronome and a talking TV. They tell great stories and really suck in the audience. Though they've toured the US extensively since their creation in 1998 the band never played Europe.
