All the way from his new home in the vast open Lone Star State, we welcome back to Brighton the incredible Israel Nash (formally Gripka) and his band. If you had the pleasure of seeing Israel both solo and with his band before you will no doubt have moved on from this part and are buying tickets. As, lets be honest, this is quite simply an unmissable gig. Live Israel Nash conjures up a sound akin to 'On The Beach' era Neil Young galvanised by that incredible John Fogerty-esque voice. This guy has it all and with a crack band (essentially the amazing Fieros, themselves a headline band of incredible power), killer songs, and a stage craft that defies his years.

His new album, Rain Plans, is released in September on Loose Records.

In a nutshell if you have a penchant for rock & roll in its purest, soul-moving form then Israel Nash Gripka is the hottest ticket there is right now.
