Witches Christmas show!
Witches write sinister, twisted pop songs. They combine trumpet, glockenspiel, three guitars, analogue synth and anything else they can lay their hands on to create a sound that's as diverse as its influences. With a six-piece line up, Witches sound like a cross between Sparklehorse, Low and Yo La Tengo. Renowned for their explosive live sound, the band have been going from strength to strength after the release of debut EP 'Heart of Stone' has already gained some rave reviews, and recently released a live video entitled Live and Undead which they are using to raise funds for homeless charity Shelter.

50Ft Panda
Formed in late 2006 from the ashes of post-punk math rock supremos ‘Akira’s Cousin’, 50ft Panda have been writing and honing over the past few months, which has resulted in a self titled full length 6 track EP and a host of energetic and memorable gigs in London and Oxford. The duo’s sound has roots in stoner (Kyuss, Clutch), metal (Mastodon, Melvins) and prog (Lightning Bolt, Oxes) but is a culmination of all 3 and more.
