The Sea, The Sea
"...the textures trodden in The Sea The Sea's ambient-pop recordings are no weaker live but stronger: the buoyant basslines, unpredictable guitars and ghostly falsettos on 'Winter Parade' soaring above the stage. "
"The Sea The Sea create charming little masterpieces with every new track, which are instantly likable after only the first listen. By merging catchy guitar riffs and a more mellow dream pop, they replicate everything great about their indie rock predecessors while bringing something entirely new with them."
Sweet William
Founder of Rock n stroll Sweet William born and raised in the shadow of air hangers and globemasters likes to loosen up with some late night star gazing, playing guitar and long walks on the beach.
A Tertium Quid veteran, this will be the first time Sweet William give us a full band set.
Freada
Freada, a folk-esque trio combine singing with a variety of instruments from guitar and accordion, to steel drum and ukele. Jess & Ness have been writing together since 2010 and have performed in a variety of Oxford-based venues. Their first recording, 'Shelter' featured on BBC Oxford Introducing's Sunday radio show - where their voices were described as being "like sirens calling to us". A new EP will be following shortly which showcases Ollie's percussion...so watch this space!
