Prams In The Hall present a double bill of new work:
'The Inner Life of Sophie Taylor'
written by Roisin Rae, directed by Anna Ehnold-Danailov:
Sophie Taylor is an artist, she is also a mother. Sophie is trying to balance the demands of those two roles, but her 'Inner Life' doesn't want to compromise and is willing to tear the family apart if she has to.
An ensemble cast create the two worlds of Sophie Taylor in this funny, sad and true drama.
'Through Daddy's Eyes'
devised and directed by Ain Rashida Sykes:
Through Daddy's Eyes is a dramatisation of the blog ' Daddy Diaries' where young fathers tell their stories, and in doing so raise consciousness, and challenge pre-conceived notions of how a 'Daddy' behaves and feels. This devised production brings the sharing, discovery and dialogue with this new generation of fathers, on to the stage.
***The Inner Life of Sophie Taylor & Through Daddy's Eyes is presented as a double bill - audience will watch both pieces with no interval .The total running time is under one hour.***
