It’s that time of year again. Nat King Cole. It’s a Wonderful Life. Christmas markets. Log fires. Mulled wine. Food, drink, family, friends.

Come out of the cold and join us at Wendy's House, where a warm welcome and an evening of seasonally inspired food, good company and a roaring log fire awaits.

Your ticket includes a Christmas cocktail and festive canapés on arrival, a starter, main course, cheese course and dessert, followed by a hot toddy and home made petit fours. A sample menu (subject to change) is below.

Festive canapés:

Squash croquettes, ricotta, pumpkin seeds
Rosemary polenta bites, brie, red onion marmalade
Sage and onion stuffing rolls
Goats cheese and pomegranate croustades

Chestnut and cranberry soup, blue cheese soda bread

Celeriac and pear wellington, thyme scented fondant potato, glazed carrots with gremolata, honey balsamic sprouts, port reduction

Wensleydale, Christmas cake crumbs, homemade membrillo

Cinnamon buttered apple, frangipani, calvados cream

Hot toddy and homemade fudge
