THE CLIENTELE
The Clientele are a four piece who formed in Hampshire in 1997, initially through a love of Cardinal, Felt, Galaxie 500, Television, Love and The West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band. Signed to Merge Records in the USA and to Track & Field in Europe, the dreamy folk-pop, shimmering psych guitars and string arrangements of their album "The Violet Hour" was described by Uncut Magazine as one of the most magical pop albums of 2003, while Strange Geometry (2005) and their latest, the Beatles-esque “God Save The Clientele”, have cemented their status as one of today’s most consistently wonderful bands.

THE SEE SEE
The new project from Swedish-born multi-instrumentalist and singer Richard Olson, founder member of critically-acclaimed psychedelic folk band The Eighteenth Day of May. When The May sadly decided to call it a day at the start of 2007 whilst on the verge of recording their hotly-tipped second album, Richard simply kept on doing what he's always done; writing songs. Fusing a love of traditional music with sixties psychedelia, this fledgling project promises to be an eclectic melting-pot of all things psyche, folk and even country – with a twist of rock, and a lot of drone. Band members include Richard Olson, Pete Greenwood, Ben Swank (ex-Soledad Brothers) and Kevin Peyok (The Waxwings).
“West Coast rock with folky overtones and dreamy psychedelia… they could be very big; go hear them, go see see them” (SoundsXP)

LE VOLUME COURBE
Charlotte Marionneau records music under the name Le Volume Courbe. Of french blood, she became enchanted with Serge Gainsbourg, Nico, and Bowie at a very early age before moving to London where she made friends and garnered admirers for her very singular musical style. These friends including Mazzy Star’s Hope Sandoval and David Roback, My Bloody Valentine’s Kevin Shields and Colm O'Ciosoig, and Felt’s Martin Duffy, all of whom contributed to her album, I Killed My Best Friend, in 2005 on UK independent label Honest Jon's.
“A chanteuse belonging to the same home-schooled spirit of CocoRosie… from modern day lo-fi outsider to breathless little sister of 1970’s psychedelic folk artist Brigitte Fontaine.” (Tuningfork)

THE NO SORROWS
The noisiest folk band in North London, The No Sorrows produce a vibrant, eclectic blend of melodic psychedelia, traditional songcraft and shoegazing drone-rock. Pitched somewhere between David Crosby and Sonic Youth (with nods to Fairport Convention, Neil Young and Olivia Tremor Control), The No Sorrows aim to make your heart melt and your ears bleed.
