Championed by John Peel, Nightingales enjoyed cult status in the early 80s. Their current line up features Robert Lloyd and Alan Apperley (The Prefects), Andreas Schmid from Faust and ex Violet Violet drummer Fliss Kitson. A brand new LP will be available at gigs.
Plus cult comedian Ted Chippington "a mixture of surrealism and insolent provocation and uncompromising boredom." - Stewart Lee.
Also special guest Helen McCookerybook (Joby and the Hooligans/The Chefs/Helen and the Horns).
