Magic Sam
‘The People’s Magician’ Magic Sam plays fast and loose with cards and comedy to delight the ‘howdedoodats’ in the audience. A natural comic with unnatural speed and slight of hand Magic Sam has appeared on TV shows, music festivals, comedy clubs across the land and any street he might find himself on. Originally from chorley but based in London, he’s coming back to the North West just for Sham Bodie, and we can’t blummin’ wait.

Jo Dudderidge
As lead vocalist, guitarist and keyboardist with Manchester’s favourite sons The Travelling Band Jo Dudderidge has enchanted crowds far and wide with his soulful pipes and bluesy style that have made TTB one of the best folk bands in the country. As a band they’re a bit too big for our stage (approx.1000 members) so Jo will be flying solo with some of his own stuff. A rare treat from a wonderful singer songwriter, he will be joined by some musical friends to texture his own wonderful melodies.

Kiri Pritchard Mclean
We here at Sham Bodie were lucky enough to see Kiri Pritchard Mclean’s ironically titled ‘Racist Sexist Show’ at last October’s Women In Comedy Festival and must say it was one of the smartest, funniest shows we’ve seen in a while. We immediately tried to book her, but due to scheduling differences she couldn’t do it. UNTIL NOW! You’re welcome. Kiri is a wonderful, intelligent comic who makes you laugh as much as she makes you think. See her here now before she is in charge of the world or something.

Mallet’s Mallet
For one night only we will be resurrecting the world’s greatest ever game! Yep, that’s right, the game in which you have to look at each other go blah! Look at me go blah! Look at the camera go blah! All with the added bonus of Timmy Mallet being nowhere near the place. With a few Sham Bodie flourishes thrown in for good measure this will be something to tell your children about for eons.
