Big Tent and the Gypsy Lantern are a hugely talented band based in Birmingham who have grown in stature with the release of debut album "Richest Man Today" and a string of well received performances up and down the country from festivals to intimate clubs. Echoes of the Moody Blues and early Genesis abound in their multi layered strummings and ethereal harmonies, but there is a drive and intensity that is all their own. This is music that can flip away in any direction without warning and leave you breathless.
Also on the bill we are delighted to welcome Holly Taymar and Chris Bilton under their new title The Bronze. Holly has been a well regarded singer and writer for several years but has really blossomed in partnership with Chris Bilton. Their new name heralds a great leap forward in their already exquisite music.
This show is part of "The Big Boulder Rolls On" raising funds to help support the Big Boulder free festival whilst giving people a great night out in the intimate atmosphere of one of the oldest buildings in the neighbourhood. Please note that under 16s are welcome for free - bring your kids!
