DADGAD guitar workshop Beginner-Intermediate Using this alternative 'modal tuning' to accompanying tunes and songs. This workshop will look at the way that this different tuning changes the relationship between melody and chords - and how the guitar can be used for playing the tune, a harmony, bass, chords and 'percussion' - possibly all at the same time. We will break down a traditional(ish) song and look at varying accompaniment styles to create a progressive performance that can adapt to reflect the words of the song.
