Bad Grammar
Two person noise patrol Bad Grammar are here to teach us a lesson in semantics and romantics. With an EP called 'Forced Fun' out now and their video for 'Temper Temper' gaining over 20,000 views in just a few short months they are a band on the up and up. We are delighted to have them on our seventh Sham Bodie. A cacophonous sound that belies the duos numerical disadvantage they are sure to rock the back room of The Castle.

Cheekykita
Cheekykita is well... we're not entirely sure. An alien? A clown? An idtiot savant? All of these are highly likely. One thing's for certain, she's like nothing you've ever seen before. And that even includes those people that have seen her before. No shows are alike, and she has garnered great praise for her Edinburgh Fringe appearances last year Cheekykita is one to look out for. So look out for her at Sham Bodie. That's where she's next on.
"Mancunian maverick like nothing else out there"-The Alarmist magazine.

Ben Kewin
Ever since we saw his show 'Real Life with Ben Kewin' we've wanted this guy to perform at Sham Bodie, especially since he ended that show with inviting us to join his new cult (see pic below). A wonderfully absurd character who is reminiscent Garth Marenghi and any of Zack Galifinakis' creations, but still distinctly Manc in his dulcet tones. Promising to deliver a brand new show, we can't wait for this phenomenal writer and performer to take the Sham Bodie stage.
"A masterful display of tight writing, performance and a great deal of lunacy." - The Skinny

Jayne Edwards
The last time Jayne Edwards came to Sham Bodie we roped her in as a last minute replacement for a no-show at February's super-romantic Blind Date. She went on to 'win' the heart of our batchelor and is now married with 18 kids. She is also a famed bodybuilder and fantastic comedian who has hired a very expensive babysitter for the night so that she can delight you with her skills and hilarity.

Wayne and Gain
Since the World Cup is coming we're giving a nod to the biggest competition in the world by giving away stuff from Aldi (probably) for kicking a football at Wayne Rooney's face in a game we've hilariously dubbed 'Wayne & Gain'. It's going to be great.

Ben Tonge
Your host, with the most. Mr Tonge will guide you through the evening's entertainment with poise, jokes and a really lovely beard.
