= NINA (www.facebook.com/NinaSoundUK)
Hailing from Berlin, London-based Nina and band will be touring their moody and catchy electropop sounds to the north of England. Nina's lyrics infuse historical Prussian and Baltic influences such as fairytales and folklore with the sounds of today's cityscapes: synths and electronic beats, creating a feeling of mortality that spans centuries: "I've always been very spiritual, even as a child. I never belonged to a certain society, religion or belief. I feel as though I must persevere on my own terms in order to be free."

= FACTORY ACTS (www.facebook.com/FactoryActs)
Factory Acts are a Salford-based dark electro, post-punk tinged duo. They exist at the edge of the analogue-digital divide, sometimes dreaming, always dancing. Cork at heart. With influences spanning the bass rhythms of New Order, the melodies of the Human League, the edge of The Knife and the soul of Siouxsie, Factory Acts forge their own sounds and invite you to enter their world. Recently joining the growing electronic roster of Manchester's AnalogueTrash, their debut EP is shortly due for release with the label and an album is coming later in the year.

= U.V. (www.facebook.com/u.v.page)
U.V. are an electronic duo comprising singer Zandra Klievens and writer/producer Jonjo Feather. They spent their formative months writing and recording in Berlin before returning to Manchester in July 2013 to play live. Their recent single 'Cuts' has been receiving airplay from the likes of Tom Ravenscroft on BBC6 and Shell Zenner on Amazing Radio and has caused quite a stir in the blogosphere including a glowing endorsement from The 405 and a Record Store Day recommendation from God Is In The TV.

= SOPHIA HAMADI (of OPALE) (www.facebook.com/opalopaleopale)
In opal fields, you have to pierce through layers of rock to discover a gem. Paris-based Opale released their first EP under the name Playground on Stellar Kinematics in 2012. The record included a collaboration with Ensemble Economique's Brian Pyle. Since then, Sophia Hamadi and Rocio Ortiz have recorded beautiful sounds within debut album "L'Incandescent" and have toured throughout Europe, Canada and the USA. One half of this international duo, Sophia will be flying in for a special 3-day Eclectica DJ set tour.

ECLECTICA is a new longterm non-profit project with an exciting goal: with a view to moving the project around cities and industries, events will be held to showcase and provide a space for women to showcase their careers to the public and talk openly about their industries, with the underlying goal of encouraging team-building and nurturing female leaders. With the help of SHATTERJAPAN (www.shatterjapan.com) and STAGESURFING (www.stagesurfing.org), the project has already become a collaborative and international venture.
