London based post-Internet post-punk trio Ravioli Me Away release their debut LP, ‘The Inevitable Album’, August 18th on Good Job Records.

Social realism soaked through with a heady dose of fantasy, idiosyncratic poetics, white-hot organ keyboard flurries and vocal vicissitudes; Ravioli Me Away worship at the altar of a lysergically enhanced Nefertiti, as Mike Leigh pulls up a pew.

If all job interviews were played out like the micro-musical of opener ‘Good Team Player’, then the trials of employment would not be so bad. “Are you able to work under pressure?” is bolstered by a tangy bass line. “I’m a big fish in a little little pond,” is primed with pre-school xylophone.
