Psychic Field Recordings presents Unearthing Forgotten Horrors 2014

Unearthing Forgotten Horrrors 2014 expands upon the success of last year's event. As well as the usual movie screenings (this year we're proud to announce Freddie Francis' rarely seen 'Mumsy, Nanny, Sunny and Girly' and classic 70's zombie flick Shockwaves) plus a number of short films from Ghostbox. There's an increase in the number of bands too, with 12 performing across the day. We are also expanding to include an artists area in the foyer, and Hypnogoria's Jim Moon will be reading short stories from the Cumbrian Cthulhu books, and perhaps a local folk tale or two. All of this makes for a greater multimedia experience on the day. The first 50 people to buy a ticket this year will again receive the annual 'Unearthing Forgotten Horrors' mix CD, as pieced together by Melmoth the Wanderer during one of his breaks from travelling the world in search of those rare and wonderful audio relics he so often turns up.
