Sarah L Dixon runs regular Quiet Compere events in Manchester. Sarah is presently touring the Quiet Compere format (ten poets x ten minutes each). Quiet Compere events enlist great established poets and accomplished poets newer to the scene. The Quiet Compere introduces them with little fanfare so the poems (and not the poet's track record) tell you all you need to know.

The Quiet Compere Tour is 'Supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England'

Mix of seating (LIMITED) and standing.

We have an drinks licence. Real & Craft Ales, Lagers, Wines. Ciders and Spirits will be served along with Ouseburn Coffee Company Coffee, Yorkshire Tea and Twinnings Fruit Teas... and of course posh soft drinks.
