ELF POWER are part of the Elephant Six collective formed during 1994 in Athens, Georgia and have spent the last 14 years releasing 9 albums, 2 EPs, a handful of singles and touring America, Europe and Japan.

Members have included Bryan (the Late B.P. Helium) from Of Montreal, and they've also worked with Kevin Barnes and members of Neutral Milk Hotel, Olivia Tremor Control and The Gerbils.

The current line-up now also features Eric Harris (Olivia Tremor Control/Circulatory System) and Derek Almstead (Of Montreal/Destroyer/ Great Lakes/Sunshine Fix / Marshmallow Coast/ Circulatory System).

Elf Power were last in the UK when they were chosen to play ATP in 2006 (curated by The Shins). Their new album 'In a Cave' has just been released on Rykodisc.

This is a definite must for fans of Elephant Six bands, Flaming Lips, Mercury Rev etc..!
