With an arsenal of infectious melodies and soul-bearing lyrics, Louise Petit's folk-tinged, alt-pop loveliness moulds the grit of life into stories of hope, happiness and despair. Joined by Russ Sargeant on double bass undulating harmonies and dynamic playing create something unique and distinctive. With Louise's achingly honest words telling the journey of a girl growing to understand some of life's more difficult lessons, her struggles speak to many and are parcelled in an undeniably attractive and engaging performance. Originally from Staffordshire she has played all over the UK in leading regional arts venues, living rooms and theatres as well as getting entire festival tents singing along to her more catchy numbers. This year she is bringing her debut album to new audiences.

Garfield Mayor:
Garfield Mayor is a British singer-songwriter who loves making records.

Picking up the guitar at age 14, he had his first tape-machine by 16, and has been writing, recording and performing ever since.

His songwriting has been described as "...of the most timeless and special I have ever heard" (Evan Lamberg, President, Universal Music Publishing) and has been likened to such talents as Seal, Jeff Lynne and Joan Armitrading.

Currently available is his critically acclaimed debut album "Take and Take" which has garnered such comments as being "...loaded with songs that belong on every radio and in every house" (Merck Mercuriadis - Manager of Joss Stone/Elton John, Morrisey/Guns N Roses) and "...full of 'I wish I'd written that' songs" (Rob Thomas - 3 x Grammy Award winning Singer/Songwriter - Matchbox 20/Santana).

But rest assured there is much more to come...

Influenced by the class and breadth of Paul Simon's pen, the aesthetic of Fleetwood Mac and The Eagles, the hybrid sound of David Gray through to Kasabian, and the attitude that the best of any genre deserves due respect, Garfield Mayor is diverse yet familiar all at the same time.

Often alone with his guitar or piano, he has performed in London, Nashville, New York, Paris, and Charleston, whilst other accolades include being nominated for UK Emerging Talent Awards Best Solo Artist and People's Choice Award, Ultimate Ears 'Artist to Watch', and Hollywood Music in Media Best Video for "Take and Take".
