Bristol based songwriters Julia Turner and Isolde and Oxford's String Project and join forces for an evening of collaboration, experimentation & musical diversity. Featuring original compositions and reworked covers, expect a 3-course sonic bill that delivers beatboxing, a cappella harmonies, live strings, visuals, found sounds, samples, loops + more.
Isolde and Julia Turner, both members of EKO Collective, a Bristol-based songwriting & a cappella trio, will be performing tonight:
Julia Turner: Jazz-loving songstress spins romantic stories of Oz and beyond with intricate vocals and deft guitar picking.
