SEPTEMBER 27th & 28th, 2008
two stages >>> film programme >>> label stalls >>> saturday clubnight until 4am
This Ain't No Picnic is a new urban festival, brought to you by the folks who also run Smalltown America. Our aim is still a simple one - we want to put on a fantastic weekend of live music, with bands you know and love and bands we think (and hope!) you'll come to know and love.
This year's event will feature around 30 bands spread across two stages, as well a film programme of some of our favourite punk rock and DIY music films in a seperate bar that boasts spectacular views over the River Thames. Your ticket also permits you to stay for the venue's regular clubnight after the live music finishes on Saturday, which goes on until 4am!
All proceeds from this event will be donated to charity.
Regular weekend tickets will go onsale in late June at £25 each, but we're putting a limited number of £20 weekend tickets onsale in advance of this! Buy now, because when they're gone they're gone.
