HUMAN ERROR PRESENTS:
Button Up Your Overcoat
An Evening of Live Freak-folk, Twee Pop and Bizzare Babble Tape Jibber-Jabber brought to you by:
Dufus, the Bobby McGee’s, Old Bamboo and Baron Bum Blood
Seth Faergolzia, founder of the New York Antifolk/Freakfolk band, Dufus, will be touring Europe in support of two new releases (Faergolzia: Tape 2 and Channel Faergolzia), one highly experimental, the other featuring some of his most recent songs produced by Josh Channel, an NYC electronic music composer. He’ll be performing new work as well as older Dufus songs, answering requests from audience members. Seth’s music is both heartfelt and silly, his voice elastic and versatile, his lyrics naked and poignant, his performance dynamic and abundant. Seth will also be bringing a number of his own art/clothing creations, which have received critical acclaim and have hung with such artists as Jean-Michel Basquiat. Dufus has performed with such acts as Animal Collective, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Black Dice, Jeffrey Lewis,Of Montreal, and Moldy Peaches. This will be a show you do not want to miss.
“Pure song-making without the baggage of clichés.”
Organ Magazine
“I have never heard anything like this before or since.”
Pop Matters
“Seth Faergolzia could be the poster boy for anti-folk.”

The Bobby McGee's have been wowing audiences up and down the country with their exhilarating and wildly original live shows, packed with songs about Star Wars, jeans, Paris, bands from Brighton, faling in love, falling out of love, falling back in love again, and everything in between. Their unique sound has prompted Radio 1 DJ Rob Da Bank to urge someone out there to "sign them NOW!
Cited as 'founders of Tweecore' by Source Magazine, The Bobby McGee's continue to stop listeners in their tracks with their off-kilter ukulele melodies complete with purring Glaswegian speaking mixed with bittersweet girly shouting; if you haven't heard their music, you're missing out!

It is hard to define East London based Old Bamboo’s sound as they often experiment with diverse styles and ideas. Hailing from an eccentric combination of the jam-band, anti-folk, and Detroit garage rock music scenes they usually combine melodically fragile twee pop with avant-garde sonic experimentation, employing a wide range of instrumentation and a usually large line-up to create an eclectic and conceptual performance, never opting for the familiar, striving to never repeat ideas, and maintaining a dry humor in the face of pomposity.
After a yearlong sabbatical following an as of yet unreleased collaboration with New York’s anti-folk heroes Dufus, Old Bamboo have returned with a new lineup, fresh vigor and a debut album in the wings.

Baron Bum Blood generates his own brand of sound art and bizarre babble tape jibber-jabber, employing crude synths, tape loops, effects pedals and a tobacco tin.
“Tinnitus-inducing Insanity, like being vomited on by some angry digital god. The only way to appease him is to drill holes in your brain, record it, and play the sounds to a roomful of very small children."
