Jim Jones has in the past played support slots to Ray Davies, Ethan Johns, Damien Jurado & Sara Watkins to name a few and the title track of his last album "Freight ships" was played on Radio 2.
"Night Full Of Ghosts" the first single of his new album "Sky down to the ground" also received airplay on BBC Radio 2, while his honest style of songwriting and soulful acoustic sound has earned him praise from the likes of Ray Davies and Ivor Novello Award winner Iain Archer.
