Event information
Frank Kidson (1855-1926) was an early collector of what we call folksongs. Comprising ballads, broadsides and dance tunes his influence on the first folk revival was inestimable but he's often overlooked in comparison with Sharp and Broadwood.
Pete and Alice redress the balance with this presentation in word and lots of song.
