Singer Phoebe developed a love for jazz at an early age and began her nascent jazz career fronting The Brighton and Hove Big Band, and at the age of seventeen she was invited to perform at The Montreux Jazz Festival, Switzerland. That year she moved to London and has since been singing with The National Youth Jazz Orchestra. Phoebe is also an actress, training with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain and performing with the company including a production of 'The Steadfast Tin Soldier' at The National Theatre, for which she co-wrote much of the musical score.
