Salter Cain https://saltercane.com/ (alt-country darkmeisters)
‘Hailing from the Southernmost Reaches of Great Britain, these Four Players trade in Ballads of Melancholie & Tales of Murder.
Brighton's alt-country darkmeisters sing songs of love, misery and death. Jeremy's trademark slide bouzouki soars and cuts through Chris's breathtakingly powerful songs, backed by Jessica and Emily’s's solid rhythm section. A popular fixture on the Brighton live scene, they've managed to capture their live power and threatening sound and do justice to some amazing song writing.’
Salter Cane are Chris Askew on guitar & vocals, Jessica Spengler on bass, Jeremy Keith on bouzouki and Emily Powell on drums.
The Dials http://www.thedials.co.uk/ (psychedelia, country and rock.)
The Dials are a British band formed in 2002 in Brighton, England. Their music is a mixture of psychedelia, country and rock.
The Dials released their debut self-titled album in 2007, which Americana UK describes as "A sprawling stylistically diverse work that is almost flawlessly executed...
Their second album, The Companions of The Rosy Hours, was released in June 2009 to critical acclaim.
Shindig! magazine said "A band that never throw themselves wildly on a great idea, but instead nurture and raise it in absolute perfection... The Dials have made one of the most promising LPs in ages"
Their third album was released in October 2013 preceded by a single, "Rose Marie".
Andy Davies was previously a member of The Jennifers, members of which went on to form Supergrass and Gordon Russell spent six years as guitarist in Dr. Feelgood.
"Glides effortlessly between the harmonic swoon of The Byrds, the poppier elements of the Velvets and the child-like psych of Syd Barrett's Pink Floyd" Uncut

When Andy released the first ever naked Christmas music video it hit the national headlines, leading The Mirror newspaper to ask “Is this the best Christmas music video ever?” With the topics of his songs ranging from chickens to Luxembourg via Pot Noodle, 24 year old Andy Twyman blends blues with humour and rock and roll to titillate your ears, mind and toes. Having performed on BBC Three and Channel 4, Andy’s reputation is growing as a highly original and entertaining act.
Drawing on influences as diverse as Muddy Waters, Monty Python, the White Stripes and Noel Fielding he developed a one man band show. In recent years Andy has brought this show to Spain, the Netherlands and France, has had airplay on BBC Radio Kent and London’s Resonance 104.4FM, and has had articles written about his music in The Sun, the Mirror, and The Daily Mail newspapers. When the summer arrives, Andy finds himself having fun at festivals all over the country inducing laughter and dancing amongst the drunk and disorderly. Allow Andy to tickle your funny follicles with lyrics absurd and profound, and dazzle your ear drums with music and sound. You know you want too.
