If drowning yourself in Guinness isn’t your thing, the Water Poet is hosting a beer, whiskey and food matching evening in their Dining Room. With five courses celebrating Ireland’s diverse larder of fantastic ingredients and artisan products paired with a range of cocktails, beers and whiskeys, this event will showcase the unsung heroes of Irish food and drink.

Welcome Cocktail- Poitín sour

Potato velouté
Dublin bay prawns, caper and lemon aioli, parsley salad- Franciscan Well Friar Weisse

Spiced silverside of beef, colcannon, pickled carrots, braised onion puree- Bru Dubh Stout

Gubbeen, quince jelly and soda bread – Jameson Caskmate Stout Whiskey

Gur cake, crème Chantilly- Jameson Aged Stout
