EMILY MAGUIRE:
http://www.emilymaguire.com

A classically-trained multi-instrumentalist with five albums and two books to her name, Emily Maguire is truly “a talent to be reckoned with” (R2 Magazine), her strong, thought-provoking lyrics, supremely expressive vocals and stunning live performances winning her fans across the globe. After living in a shack in the Australian bush where she made her first two albums, Emily returned to the UK to tour with American legend Don McLean and make her third album ‘Believer’, a ‘masterpiece’ according to Maverick Magazine, with two singles playlisted on Radio 2. Her latest album ‘A Bit Of Blue’ was released in February 2017.

ME FOR QUEEN:
http://www.meforqueen.com

Years of classical training, together with a Blues guitarist for a father, make for an interesting mix of Soul and Folk. Me For Queen’s piano-based songs draw obvious comparisons to Regina Spektor and Carol King but manage to fuse hints of Kate Bush and Laura J Martin. Mary cites Judee Sill & This is the Kit as a few of her favourites and says Me For Queen is “a sort of sketchpad for whatever’s happening in my head. I just try to write songs that talk to people.” With striking lyrics and “beautiful, soaring vocals” (The Guardian), Me For Queen has had airplay on BBC 6 Music and on BBC Radio around the UK. ‘Slow Train’ was included in Tom Robinson’s personal top 5 Fresh Faves as well as being selected as Single of the Week on Janice Forsyth's BBC Scotland Culture show.

DOM MAJOR:

Set in a genre of his own, Dom Major has been described as ‘Alt Americana’. Touted by the Independent as “One to watch”, Dom transfers his unique outlook of the ever changing world into songs crafted with honesty and fragility. "Trapped somewhere between Ryan Adams and Conor Oberst" - Sweet Sweet Records.
