Joe O'Donnell's Shkayla - the Celtic fusion band like no other! Joe’s life-long immersion in Celtic music and his rock-inspired creativity deliver an out-pouring of traditional and new music filled with ancient resonance and innovative energy.

In 1977 Joe recorded his mould-breaking album 'Gaodhal's Vision', featuring the great Irish superstar Rory Gallagher. Forty years on Joe has remixed and remastered the whole album, adding passages and instruments, and enhancing the original impact with up to date sound processing.

Joe and the band launch the long-awaited 'Gael's Vision 40th Anniversary Edition' at the prestigious Cork Folk Festival, Ireland, on 1st October. Join them at The Zephyr Lounge for a full preview of the album and the show!
