Formed through a simple internet add, The Brandy Thieves are a bunch of lost souls who finally found each other in the Midlands of England. Described as Gypsy Punk with Soul, a sound which is uniquely their own. Very much a lyric driven band, the Thieves present their listeners with macabre folk tales, twisted stories of love and loss and jaded social commentary

Jo Carley and The Old Dry Skulls throw Old Time Roots music, Ska and Punk into a backwoods still to make musical moonshine!

Fronted by Jo Carley and backed by her song writing partner and husband Tim Carley, they are joined by an assortment of double bass players and other weirdos they meet on the road. Sometimes nicknamed the \'Carley Twins\' because of their long dread locks and shared obsessions with creepy music and dark imagery, this pair have created a sound of their own!

The driving force is Tim’s One-man-band set-up with Kick-drum, hi-hat and guitar while Jo’s vocal delivery sounds like the leader of Satan\'s own gospel choir. This is made even more bewitching as she switches from fiddle to mandolin to washboard. Possessing an energy that elevates the audience, this duo sound more like a stompin 5 piece band.
