Led by composer/pianist Elliot Galvin, The Influencing Machine is a sonic reaction to the human mind, technology and the post-truth age. Analogue synthesis and electric sounds orbit the acoustic world of piano, bass and drums as the critically acclaimed ensemble launch their brand new album on the European label Edition Records.

Elliot has been delighting Vortex audiences since his student days! With his trio, but also solo, as part of the Chaos Collective and in duo with Mark Sanders. It’s a joy that the trio is coming home to launch the album here.
