Saturday 28th February 2009, The Lexington, Pentonville Road, London, N1 9J

On the Eve of St David's Day, London will be invaded by some of Wales' top musical talents courtesy of Swn Festival, Kruger Magazine and BBC Radio 1's Huw Stephens.

London's coolest new venue, The Lexington, will be packed full of Wales' most talked about and talented cutting edge musicians coming together to celebrate St David's Day in style.

Here's the line up in full:

Threatmantics – Alt-folk, alt-rock and weird alt-country combine to produce one of Britain's most unique and exciting new bands. www.myspace.com/threatmantics

The Joy Formidable – From North Wales to London, The Joy Formidable have been causing a storm with their high-energy indie rock. Look out for a Too Pure single soon. www.myspace.com/thejoyformidable

Cate Le Bon – Made her name as part of Neon Neon but it's as a solo artist that Cate really shines, hypnotising with her blunt delivery and sweet melodies. www.myspace.com/catelebon

Spencer McGarry Season – Bagged a Single of the Week on 6Music and set chins wagging at Electric Proms. Finally getting the recognition they deserve. www.myspace.com/spencermcgarryseason

Fredrick Stanley Star – Sea-shanty, gospel folk has never sounded so good. Rob da Bank is a big big fan, and it's easy to see why. Timeless and precious in equal measure. www.myspace.com/fredrickstanleystar

Silver Gospel Runners – The newest band to come out of the thriving Cardiff indie-scene, and possibly the most exciting of the lot. If early Belle & Sebastien is your brew, then SGR are your new favourite band. www.myspace.com/silvergospelrunners
