The Sand Band is a Liverpool ensemble comprising David McDonnell (vocals, acoustic and electric guitar), Alfie Skelly (guitar), Scott Marmion (pedal steel and acoustic guitar), Jay Sharrock (Drums) and Vicky
Edwards (Bass)
David is currently writing, playing, recording, producing, and mixing the debut album. If you like Radiohead, Elliot Smith or Bon Iver, you may find the authentic soul of The Sand Band to be just what you needed.
The band recently played a rammed out Manchester show with The Black Marquee and Nick McCabe (The Verve) so get tickets ASAP
