Two Minute Noodles
Goose (Stephen Coombe) was a member of Casino Volante, D'Astro, Propulsion Family Picnic and Procol Harum, amongst others. He lives with his wife, Anthea. Moz (Michael Mozden) also plays in Quack Quack, Chops, EYE HAI and Massive Heron, and has played in Eagle Eye, Cowtown and Damo Suzuki Network. He is pleased to be living with the colourful jonny segment and hildog of the aforementioned Cowtown band.

Airship
"The quartet plays dirty, anthemic pop, think Modest Mouse or Nine Black Alps if those bands were less worried about the world’s problems. The band’s Spirit of the Beehive EP is an excellent introduction to a band who have started things off on the right foot and should continue getting better." - Artrocker

Young British Artists
With only a dozen or so gigs under their belt since their live debut on October 2008, the months of writing and rehearsing were obviously put to good use as Young British Artists have already earned support slots for Volcano, Asobi Seksu, My Latest Novel, Papercuts, Micachu and Health, as well as performing a three song live session for Marc Riley's BBC 6Music show at the end of April this year.
References to shoegaze and the '80s new wave and garage scenes are obvious and not unwelcome but Young British Artists' influences are broader and their ambitions higher. Their songs are intelligent and emotive, unabashedly pop and performed with energy and conviction. A squall of distorted guitars and vocals are urged along by tight drums and airy synths; developing soundscapes ease their way into raunchy three minute pop riffs.
Their debut release, recorded at Golden Hum Studios with Dan Lea (By The Fireside), 'Small Waves EP' is Young British Artists' first attempt to capture their developing sound. - Out on 3rd August via Red Deer Club Recordings
